Family with children paradise
Norah and Andy are fantastic hosts,, always making sure you feel at home, you know? Their hospitality was like nothing I've experienced before, and the breakfast made from local ingredients. well, I'm telling you, it filled us up for the whole day. And the little extra touches in the room like bottles of water and fresh fruit made it feel special.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but honestly, every penny was worth it.

Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.
We encountered issues with the door, which was frustrating. The plug in the sink didn't hold water properly, and although it was fixed, it was annoying to deal with during our stay. The overall experience was marred by these inconveniences, and I expected better overall maintenance.

We loved the homemade jams at breakfast and the fruit and yogurt buffet. Our large family room was perfect for us, although it could use a little more seating. Would absolutely return!

excellent location for local amenities, clean bathroom, comfortable shower enclosure
The sink's plug failed to keep water in well, necessitating frequent re-filling while shaving!!! A bit more seating in the room could enhance comfort during gatherings!!! Attention to maintenance needed!!!

Amazing breakfast and cozy vibes!
Andy and Norah were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The breakfast? Woah! Best I've had in forever, and Norah's pear jam was a standout. Only bummer was the room could’ve used a bit more space for hanging out, but honestly, we didn't mind too much!

Breakfasts to impress every morning
Waking up to the smell of home-cooked breakfast was a daily treat. Norah and Andy are incredibly welcoming hosts, making every guest feel like a part of their family. The breakfast spread was a highlight, featuring local ingredients and homemade jams that left a lasting impression on my taste buds. The ambiance of the B&B is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing retreat by the sea. Enjoyed exploring Lytham St Annes, just a stone's throw away.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I noticed the room needed a bit more seating space to fully enjoy family gatherings or relaxation time. It would elevate the overall comfort, especially with large groups.
